Jeremiah 4 (c)

The book of Jeremiah – chapter by chapter and verse by verse

Jeremiah 4:10-14 KJV

10 Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! surely thou hast greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall have peace; whereas the sword reacheth unto the soul.

God has never said that the wicked would have peace. However, in the book of Daniel, the false one comes here as antichrist with peace and prosperity, and will deceive many with his cries of peace, peace, peace.

We really need to be ready… it won’t be hard if you’re up to date on your Bible studies. God will protect His elect above all, so get on the boat now!

11 At that time shall it be said to this people and to Jerusalem, A dry wind of the high places in the wilderness toward the daughter of my people, not to fan, nor to cleanse,

It is an empty, dry, destroying wind, God is not in it. Where is the Living Water? Not mentioned here.

12 Even a full wind from those places shall come unto me: now also will I give sentence against them.

God saying in this chapter that He wiped it all out once, at the “katabole”, and that He will do it again. Not to His people, but to all those who don’t hear Him.

I, personally, am finding it difficult that people don’t listen, won’t hear. We have all been impregnated with His Spirit, and that is why those people who don’t care to listen will not have a reason to complain at their treatment, at their finish. There are many who aren’t listening, don’t let that be you.

13 Behold, he shall come up as clouds, and his chariots shall be as a whirlwind: his horses are swifter than eagles. Woe unto us! for we are spoiled.

Talking about Satan as antichrist at the end time – coming to earth first to pretend to be Jesus and fool as many as he can. He will look good! That is why many are deceived (spoiled). But only those who have not taken the time to read the Letter that God sent to each of us. God gives tons of strength to those who are listening.

14 O Jerusalem, wash thine heart from wickedness, that thou mayest be saved. How long shall thy vain thoughts lodge within thee?

If we turn to God, to His word, and wash ourselves of wickedness through the blessing of our Lord Jesus Christ, we will be saved. Pure & simple…
